HOW CAN I CONTACT ASENERVAL TO ASK FOR A BUDGET?

CAN I ONLY SEE THE DATA OF THE ELECTRICITY METER OR CAN I ANALYZE PARTIAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION?

Asenerval allows you to communicate with the electrical company meter, whether it is Distributor’s or user property, and the installed analyzers in partial sub-switchboards downstream of the counter

HOW DOES ASENERVAL OBTAIN DATA OF THE PROGRAM? ARE MY DATA SAFE?

Data on real-time are downloaded by the different installed analyzers in the company via an Ethernet connection.

CAN I CHECK ENERGY USE IN REAL-TIME?

Both registered data by the meters or partial analyzers can be real-time checked via an Internet connection from anywhere.

WHERE CAN MY COMPANY DATA BE CHECKED?

Data is not recorded on any local computer installed in your company. Data is securely stored on our servers and will be available when you need them. Your inquiries can be done from any computer or mobile device by accessing the Internet. You will handle as many access keys with their corresponding permissions as you need.

WHERE ARE DATA STORED? ARE MY DATA SAFE?

Data are safely stored on our servers. Asenerval uses https system ensuring a greater security to information and access to it (user and password). Asenerval undertakes never to provide its consumption data to third parties without your consent.

WHO DOES REGISTERED DATA BELONG TO?

Registered data remains customer property. Asenerval simply registers them and help the client to interpret them and start saving. Asenerval undertakes never to provide its consumption data to third parties without your consent.

SHOULD I INSTALL ANY DEVICE IN MY FACILITIES? DO I HAVE TO CHANGE THE ELECTRICAL METER?

Asenerval do not recommend replacing electrical meters. In installations with no digital telemetering devices, Asenerval install or send the necessary equipment to ensure the communication with the electrical meter. This kind of installation is simple and low cost.

It will be necessary to install analyzers and dataloggers for data recording. In order to minimize cost, Asenerval will always try to take advantage of the available infrastructure in the company and integrate the installed analyzers previously with the possibility of communication and use the client’s network infrastructure.

CAN I PERFORM IN-SITU ACTIONS USING REGISTERED DATA BY THE PROGRAM?

The application allows to carry out local performances according to the measured parameters: Energy, Power, Temperature, etc. A previous study is required to find out the necessary elements in the installation.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD? IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT NECESSARY?

Asenerval does not require a long-term contract. You can try the application for free at your facilities, take advantage from it as long as you need it and cancel the service at any time.

WHAT DOES ASENERVAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONSIST ON?

Asenerval is responsible for the maintenance of the necessary equipment to gather all the downloaded information and to watch over communications funtioning, as well as the maintenance of the application and its updates according to BOE and current regulation.

HOW CAN I CONTRACT ASENERVAL SERVICES ? WHICH PAYMENT METHOD TO CHOOSE?

Asenerval has several types of service according to each client needs. You can contact us asking for an offer request and we will be happy to elaborate one according to your needs. The hiring of the service does not require permanence and you can try it for free before taking any decision.

HOW CAN I CANCEL YOUR SERVICES ? WILL MY DATA BE LOST?

You can contact us by phone or the company mail. Asenerval will stop recording energy consumptions and therefore there will be no more data update. However, you can request access to the registered data at anytime.
